Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by checkdomain GmbH, Große Burgstraße 27/29, 23552 Lübeck, Germany. When you visit, the hosting service processes technical request data, including your IP address, the requested URL, access time, browser and operating system, referring page where supplied, and response status. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its security and investigate technical problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only as long as necessary for these purposes, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and local assets
Fonts and images are served from our own webspace. With your optional consent we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This uses cookies to measure visits, pages viewed and contact actions such as email and telephone clicks. Clicking a contact link does not establish whether an enquiry was sent. Video-opening actions are measured as interactions.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Google tags load only after you choose “Allow”. You can withdraw consent via “Cookie settings” in the footer; this stops further analytics collection and removes this website’s Analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. The default Analytics cookie lifetime is up to two years; cookies may be refreshed during later visits.
Usage data includes technical device information and approximate location. Google processes IP addresses to deliver the service and derive location; it does not log individual IP addresses from EU users. Data may be processed outside the EEA, including in the USA, under the safeguards described in Google’s privacy policy. We do not send contact-message contents or use advertising personalization. No Vimeo player is loaded until you choose to play a film.
Vimeo videos
Films are embedded from Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA. Clicking a film’s play button activates the external player and sends Vimeo technical data such as your IP address, browser information and the referring page. Playback may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Activation is voluntary and based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Reloading or leaving the page stops the embedded player; this does not undo processing already performed.
We enable Vimeo’s Do Not Track setting (dnt=1). This limits tracking but does not guarantee that no cookies are used: essential security cookies may still be set, and cookies previously stored by Vimeo may be transmitted. Email and telephone enquiries
If you contact us, we process the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in responding. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and comply with legal retention requirements.
